Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct online demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to align solutions with their needs.
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and ensure timely follow-up with relevant contacts.
- Develop and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) presentations to prospective leads.
- Deliver accurate and efficient solutions to customers within agreed timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in Hindi or other regional languages is preferred.
- 0 to 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Expertise in providing phone-based support to customers in the USA or UK.
- Willingness to work night shifts and relocate as required.
- Enthusiastic about learning and adopting new technologies.
