Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax compliance and tax payments for both domestic and international operations.
- Oversee the filing of TDS returns and ensure timely issuance of Form 16A to vendors.
- Address and resolve queries from vendors and auditors, managing the process end-to-end.
- Coordinate regularly with internal teams, such as the Accounts Payable (AP) Booking team and ICC team, to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle Clause 34a expenses account reconciliation activities.
- Manage HR-related tax activities, including TDS/TCS payments, filing of TDS/TCS returns, and issuing Form 16A.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Have experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Spiridon.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit flexibility to work in varying shifts, including morning and mid shifts.
