Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Head in creating and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce is an added advantage.
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
- Provide support in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies and proposals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A B.Tech/B.E. degree.
- A recent graduate with a degree in Engineering or an MBA.
- Demonstrated interest in sales with a strong desire to build a career in this field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
