Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and prepare reports using MS Excel to support business operations.
- Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and maintain integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support informed business decision-making.
- Update and maintain process documentation to align with current procedures and best practices.
- Assist in the development and execution of process improvements to optimize operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the Consumer Lending, Cards, and Payments teams with insights and analytical solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices, tools, and processes.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc data requests, ensuring the delivery of accurate and relevant information.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on process improvements and business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all activities.
- Utilize MS Excel to create advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts for effective data visualization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Preferably possess domain experience in Consumer Lending, Cards, and Payments.
