Key Responsibilities:
Role: Software Developer
- Design, develop, test, and implement new software programs.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers to refine the design, architecture, and implementation of cloud-based products.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing software programs.
- Monitor the quality, performance, and usage of developed functionalities in applications.
- Work closely with the product management team, other developers, designers, and support representatives to enhance applications.
- Display a willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and adapt to various situations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product.
Role: DevOps Engineer
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess hands-on experience in Python and shell scripting.
- Have working knowledge of Java or JavaScript.
- Exhibit excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities.
- Develop robust coding skills with a focus on automating tasks and workflows.
- Emphasize agility, scalability, and responsiveness in systems and workflows.
- Adapt to learning new technologies and system components.
- Be able to work in shifts and collaborate with internal and external teams across multiple platforms.
- Serve as the first point of contact for component issues and assist in troubleshooting with relevant teams.
Role: Quality Analyst (Software Testing)
- Learn and understand new products from various business units within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional service teams effectively.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on requirements.
- Translate end-to-end user scenarios into test cases and execute them to identify bugs.
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce testing processes as per organizational standards.
- Track and report testing activities, including test results, test case coverage, defect metrics, required resources, and performance baselines.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
