Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Tracking
- Maintain and update data sheets using tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel with high accuracy.
- Collect and organize data from various sources in a timely manner, particularly for ongoing analytics projects.
- Develop automated solutions, such as formulas or macros, to enhance efficiency in data entry and management tasks.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports with actionable data insights.
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities and challenges, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven alignment with project objectives.
Presentations & Reporting
- Create clear and concise presentations to communicate findings effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Translate data into visually engaging formats, including charts, tables, and infographics.
- Present insights during internal meetings and propose actionable steps based on data analysis.
Work Organization & Task Distribution
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain a schedule of deliverables and ensure timely sharing of updated reports with relevant teams.
- Monitor progress of team members and provide constructive feedback informed by data metrics.
Social Media Analytics (Bonus)
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and click-through rates, if applicable.
- Evaluate content performance and suggest strategies for optimization to achieve better results.
Learning & Development
- Stay informed about the latest tools, techniques, and features in data management and social media analytics.
- Pursue opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
