Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to SOLID principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment and demonstrate developed features effectively.
- Address complex system integration challenges in collaboration with team members and external partners.
- Share learnings and reusable code assets with the CO+I engineering team to promote knowledge transfer.
- Utilize subject-matter expertise of product features to partner with stakeholders (e.g., project managers) for driving project plans, release schedules, and task prioritization.
- Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) by guiding other engineers, adhering to playbook protocols, and monitoring systems/products/services for degradation, downtime, or interruptions. Take necessary actions to alert stakeholders and restore services for simple and complex issues when appropriate.
- Continuously seek new knowledge and adapt to emerging trends, technical solutions, and patterns to enhance product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance. Promote operational consistency and scalability across monitoring and operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, with proven experience in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or Python, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate mandatory experience or exposure to data engineering and backend development.
- Hold a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with proven programming experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or Python. Alternatively, possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with at least 1 year of technical engineering experience in these programming languages, or equivalent experience.
