Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor management processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and manage events, particularly for residential programs.
- Perform data analytics and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Handle petty cash management effectively.
- Prepare budgets for events and ensure financial accountability.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain and monitor the training calendar, ensuring progress tracking and updates.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in managing cancellations and no-show charges efficiently.
- Ability to manage class rosters and update classroom attendance in SuccessFactors.
- Skilled in updating feedback, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Expertise in space management, including the allocation, blocking, and timely cancellation of training rooms.
- Provide executive support to the Learning & Development (L&D) team.
Experience:
- Experience in tele-calling individuals and facilitating their registration process.
- Proficiency in creating and managing engagement codes.
- Skilled in printing, binding, and dispatching participant materials.
- Ability to identify vendors and locations for banquets and residential programs and manage purchase orders (POs).
- Experience in managing travel and accommodation arrangements for faculty and participants, including both domestic and international logistics.
