Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage internal employee engagement events in collaboration with the site’s Events Committee.
- Handle administrative functions for the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of proposed objectives.
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for town halls and large meetings, including catering, meeting materials, audiovisual setup, and related requirements.
- Contribute to delivering an exceptional Employee Experience at the site.
- Support the S&P Global Social Inclusion and Social Impact initiatives to promote community engagement in Hyderabad.
- Plan and execute meetings and events end-to-end, managing vendor negotiations and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Assist internal and external visitors with travel arrangements, seating assignments, conference room setup, and other administrative needs.
- Support the People team with staff onboarding, transfers, offboarding, equipment management, travel and expense accounts, and building access arrangements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers with fluency in English and holding a Bachelor’s degree or MBA (graduating in 2024 or 2025 only).
- Willingness to work in a rotational 24×5 shift environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in data analysis using MS Excel and creating presentations in MS PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships across all organizational levels.
