Key Responsibilities:
- Product Pricing Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate product pricing information within the Oracle ERP system.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing rules and discounts.
- Analyze pricing trends and profitability to provide actionable insights.
- Order Management Support:
- Assist with order entry, processing, and fulfillment activities.
- Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
- Manage order cancellations, returns, and adjustments efficiently.
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Learning:
- Actively learn the complete O2C process, including order intake, credit checks, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on experience in each stage of the O2C cycle.
- Data Entry & Maintenance:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Oracle ERP system.
- Perform data entry and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Assist in generating and maintaining reports and dashboards for tracking and analysis.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and analyze areas for improvement in order management and pricing processes.
- Participate in initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
- Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit prior experience as a Project Leader or formal training in project management.
- Display strong business analysis skills to identify and address organizational needs.
- Experience collaborating with sales organizations to support business objectives.
- Proficient in tools and technologies such as Oracle EBS, JIRA, integrations, SQL, and Excel.
