Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance, quality, and accessibility of data to support organizational needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in data tables and queries.
- Modify data sources, including tables and queries, to accommodate new product launches.
- Develop and maintain queries, tables, data models, and data pipelines to fulfill global requirements.
- Analyze and optimize existing queries and data pipelines to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on necessary data changes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Lead data infrastructure projects to enhance the capabilities of the larger team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in advanced SQL.
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge and entry-level proficiency in Python.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Hive, Presto, or Spark SQL.
- Understanding of Hadoop data storage concepts.
- Prior experience in data modeling or ETL pipeline development is an added advantage.
