Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Develop program metrics and key performance indicators to achieve program goals effectively.
- Collaborate on projects and programs to ensure objectives are met within budget, timeline, and scope constraints.
- Assist in reporting project status, managing risks, and implementing solutions for successful execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify project opportunities and ensure successful implementation.
- Support the team in measuring and monitoring overall program performance.
Leading Through Influence:
- Apply organizational change management methods and tools to accelerate adoption and maximize project or program ROI.
- Exercise sound judgment to adapt and influence others in embracing necessary changes for program success.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Assist in implementing strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, contributing to competitive advantage and program objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Prepare materials and plans to support effective stakeholder engagement efforts.
