Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound payments efficiently.
- Support decision-making processes through detailed and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure proper allocation and timely management of financial resources.
- Maintain and regularly update invoice and credit recording systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and take ownership of new tasks or projects that add value.
- Verify and validate all vendor invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
- Respond to inquiries from clients or internal teams regarding invoices and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to directly support the company’s revenue growth initiatives.
- Address finance-related queries from internal employees and campus managers.
- Ensure high-quality and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
- Proactively identify improvement areas and propose actionable solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
