Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 6-month full-time internship program in the Professional Service Delivery department.
- Contribute to the planning, design, installation, and optimization of SAS solutions for customers.
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and fine-tuning SAS software to ensure optimal performance for customers.
- Gain hands-on experience in deploying technical solutions that address real-world business challenges.
- Work collaboratively with teams to deliver high-quality service and support to clients.
- Actively learn and apply knowledge of SAS tools and technologies to support customer needs.
- Engage in professional development, enhancing both technical and interpersonal skills throughout the internship.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in STEM faculties, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of taking initiative and exceeding expectations.
- Genuine interest in the future of analytics and an eagerness to embrace new technologies.
- Embody traits such as curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability, reflecting the organization’s core values.
Preferred skills:
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, or SAS.
- Familiarity with at least one operating system, including Windows, UNIX, or Linux.
- General understanding of Windows, UNIX, and Linux environments.
