Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate long-term AI product strategies and roadmaps, with clearly defined business metrics and outcomes.
- Solve complex business problems by prioritizing and owning products and solutions to meet business objectives.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs by balancing the requirements of partners and stakeholders.
- Evaluate prospective features in the AI product pipeline against evolving requirements and trends in AI adoption.
- Contribute to all product lifecycle processes, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements finalization, and product development.
- Translate product roadmaps into well-defined requirements and acceptance test criteria.
- Drive end-to-end ML/AI product development with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to transform MVPs into production-grade capabilities.
- Ideate and launch innovative ML/AI products and capabilities to address business needs.
- Develop creative strategies to evangelize products and drive organization-wide user adoption.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong technical background in AI/ML with expertise in Python, SQL, data analytics, and data visualization.
- Proficient in quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the ML model development lifecycle (MDLC), including feature selection and engineering, ML model algorithm families, optimization considerations, and deployment challenges.
- Knowledge of Big Data platforms such as Hadoop and Spark, and Cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience in designing and building big data tools and frameworks.
- Demonstrated creativity, self-sufficiency, and strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with experience working in global teams.
- Understanding of ML model deployment systems and processes, including knowledge of model regulatory and governance policies.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain focus and excellence within cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and QA.
- Proficiency in notebook-based IDEs for AI/ML tasks, such as Jupyter and Airflow.
- Familiarity with product management tools like Rally, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Academic qualifications including an undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Statistics, and an MBA from globally reputed institutes.
