Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Possess a solid academic foundation in finance, business, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities for Analyst / Associate:
- Handle KYC/KRA processes, respond to clients’ process-related queries, manage trade processing, contracting, sending STP to custodians, bank reconciliations, and other activities related to Cash Equity and Derivative markets.
- Perform operational activities, including end-of-day (EOD) tasks, and proactively escalate any issues encountered.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal and external process guidelines.
- Liaise with exchanges for circulars, regulatory reporting, and related requirements.
- Collaborate with teams handling custody, settlement, and client fund management.
- Work closely with Compliance to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Process financial transactions promptly through various banking portals.
- Interface with regional teams on all operations-related matters.
- Monitor risk indicators such as margins, position limits, and banned scripts associated with client trading activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a strong academic background in finance, business, or related fields.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show high levels of motivation, resilience, and a strong eagerness to learn.
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment banking is an added advantage.
