Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data discrepancy management to ensure data accuracy.
- Execute data reviews following defined guidelines, including SAE reconciliation, third-party data reconciliation, and STATS checks.
- Apply study protocol knowledge to provide feedback to the PDM regarding the consistency and completeness of clinical databases and study design.
- Communicate identified risks and issues promptly to the PDM.
- Generate and share required reports with the PDM at scheduled intervals.
- Regularly update the CPT as per the defined schedule.
- Create and maintain issue logs on an ongoing basis.
- Acknowledge sticky notes in Rave for studies with a paper component.
- Upload processed documents to the designated SharePoint as required.
- Manage assigned tasks to meet milestone deadlines.
- Seek clarification by asking questions to gather necessary information for achieving objectives.
