Key Responsibilities:
- Entry-level role requiring a minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, chat, web forms, emails, and voicemails.
- Develop and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and efficiency in task completion, showcasing proficiency in processing transactions and providing client service.
- Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with customers from diverse regions, including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within a defined scope of support.
- Strive to achieve client satisfaction by maintaining technical accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to contact quality guidelines.
- Stay updated with outage alerts and knowledge updates as needed.
- Resolve assigned incidents and problems while understanding SLAs and the incident lifecycle.
- Provide daily progress reports and seek guidance from supervisors regarding assignments and concerns.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working across different shifts to support 24×7 operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Non-engineering graduate (e.g., Sciences, B.Sc. IT, BCA) from Tier 3 or non-tiered institutions.
- 6 to 36 months of prior work experience, preferably in a service desk role.
Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills:
- Basic troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve customer issues and requests.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility with work hours.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude towards growth and adaptation.
