Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting business metrics and goals, including SLA, production, and quality targets.
- Working independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintaining records of daily tasks by updating trackers or workflow tools as necessary.
- Following SOPs, guidelines, or manager instructions to ensure quality-compliant outputs.
- Contributing ideas for project improvement and operational excellence, as applicable.
- Providing timely responses to stakeholders on assigned tasks following SOPs and SLAs.
- Proactively raising issues or concerns that could impact core deliverables or operations to the manager or stakeholders.
- Analyzing data, evaluating trends and patterns, and recommending generic patterns for rule creation.
- Willingness to handle sensitive issues, including content related to adult themes, religion, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive materials.
- Troubleshooting process-related issues and conducting root cause analysis as needed.
- Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce) platforms.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in speaking, writing, and reading in English.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
