Key Responsibilities:
Order Team:
- Resolve stock issue tickets, licensing tickets, and other miscellaneous tickets.
- Serve as a backup for the Order Processing team during low order pool volume.
- Process sample orders as required.
- Update ratings in the Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS).
- Complete ad hoc tasks during the slow season.
- Work on reporting tasks and related projects.
Pre-Order Team:
- Share pricing quotes using available resources.
- Communicate and provide feedback to other teams to resolve order issues and enhance the licensing experience within Fresh Prints.
- Monitor timelines and address licensing-related inquiries from Campus Managers.
- Perform order checks and data entry for reporting, including conducting Shopify and group order checks.
- Assign schools when proofs are received directly from clients.
- Upload proofs to licensing portals for single-use licenses.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in operations or logistics; we are also open to fresh graduates.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on complex tasks within tight deadlines.
- Capable of making decisions independently without direct supervision.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required for the role.
