Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop late-stage collection strategies and multiple treatment offers across global markets, utilizing data analytics to enhance collection effectiveness.
- Systematically identify out-of-pattern trends across the collection lifecycle in a timely manner and develop solutions to address these trends.
- Work independently, taking responsibility for the development, validation, and implementation of collections-related projects.
- Collaborate with global teams to evaluate existing processes and propose improvements to systems and workflows.
- Interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization across multiple time zones.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated thought leadership, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- High proficiency in Hive, SQL, BigQuery, Python, and statistical packages is essential.
- Conceptual and creative thinker with a strong background and interest in quantitative business analytics.
Preferred Skills:
- Post-graduate degree in a quantitative field is an added advantage.
