Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Operational Excellence:
- Ensure Operational Excellence by adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and the J&J Credo guidelines.
- Execute master data operations tasks promptly, fully complying with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meeting Compliance, Internal Audit, and SOX requirements.
- Assist in preparing metrics, dashboards, and reports to support the efficient operations of the department.
- Resolve basic process issues and maintain complete, up-to-date documentation.
- Support projects aimed at continuously improving Master Data Operations tools and systems.
- Monitor both strategic and tactical master data processes and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions.
Trusted Business Partner:
- Build and nurture strong internal relationships with sector partners.
- Collaborate with relevant teams on practical matters and provide guidance to external teams as needed.
Innovative Solutions:
- Generate ideas and implement process improvements aligned with global standards.

Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related business field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Openness to embracing new ideas, adapting to rapid change, and learning new technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and present ideas in a structured and logical manner.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to contribute to shaping and modeling the desired company culture.
- A strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working in a shared services center within a multinational corporation.
- Experience with master data management, particularly in large ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of digital and intelligent automation technologies.
- Experience in extracting, concatenating, and analyzing detailed data sets from various sources.
