Key Responsibilities:
- Support product owners in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, release planning, and developing and communicating business requirements.
- Assist with defining critical user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes that align with the product vision/goals and address essential user and control needs.
- Support the prioritization of the product backlog by identifying, grooming, and validating epics and user stories for agile sprints.
- Assist in backlog refinement and participate in sprint planning ceremonies to ensure effective communication of requirements.
- Specify acceptance criteria, review test cases/scenarios, and perform or oversee user acceptance testing when required.
- Analyze, define, and manage data flows/models and various datasets to outline requirements and expected behavior for digital planning solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the technology team to ensure effective communication of requirements and the rapid delivery of key product releases.
- Work with stakeholders from business, technology, UX, risk, cyber & fraud, communications, legal, and compliance to elicit and clarify requirements.
- Prepare presentations, user demonstrations, and provide status updates.
- Gather, organize, and incorporate internal and external feedback to identify and prioritize product gaps and enhancements.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
