Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front-end development process, from initial concept (e.g., Figma prototype) to deployment of functional code in the production environment.
- Maintain and upgrade applications based on change requests.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) of technology assets developed by vendors, ensuring adherence to technical standards.
- Adopt and promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile Product Development methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers and backend system teams.
- Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive updates on activity progress as required by the program management.
- Deliver timely, innovative, accurate, and top-quality solutions.
- Educate Aon’s network by sharing thought leadership and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Required Experience:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React or Angular.
- Expertise in server-side programming languages like .NET or Java.
- Solid understanding of DBMS technologies, including MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server, along with caching mechanisms like Memcached and Redis.
- Experience in integrating or building REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps setups and customization for cloud-native frontend services.
