Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with software developers to thoroughly test and release new features and bug fixes.
  • Create and track work items in the DevOps board, ensuring they include clear reproduction steps and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide technical support and educate global users on all aspects of the application, addressing any queries they may have.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You promote high visibility of shared contributions toward achieving set goals.
  • You respond quickly and effectively to constantly evolving, unexpected situations.
  • You actively seek input from relevant sources to make timely and well-informed decisions.

Preferred skills:

  • Degree in any STEM-related course.
  • Experience in an FCV team with working knowledge of FF2/PQT and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • High learning agility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across regions and functions within Fisher.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with strong presentation skills.
  • Basic SQL knowledge (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
