Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend components using Java EE.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve moderately complex software issues.
- Participate in the design and development of APIs.
- Write code, unit tests, and perform testing and debugging of moderately complex features based on detailed specifications.
- Support the integration of UI components with backend services.
- Develop solutions for moderately complex features according to agreed technical specifications.
- Assist in documenting processes, architecture, and technical design.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively with the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- Strong Core and Advanced Java/Java EE skills.
- Solid understanding of web development technologies.
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Basic knowledge of UI technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or experience collaborating with front-end teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Preferred skills:
- Experience or coursework in building web applications or backend services.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms or microservice architectures.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Knowledge of advanced front-end frameworks and platforms like Angular is a plus.
