Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries through phone, chat, and/or email.
- Prevent issues, resolve customer queries, and provide a delightful customer experience.
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website navigation.
- Utilize a range of tools to navigate systems, conduct research, and review potential solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear and helpful assistance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess the legal right to work in India.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operational hours.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as needed.
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office setup, including a desk and chair.
- Meet the technical requirement of a minimum broadband connection speed of 100MB download and 20MB upload, using a hard-wired ethernet connection (no WiFi).
