Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire billing process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure accurate and timely client billing.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting activities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, providing key insights and recommendations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline billing, planning, and reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on billing, planning, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial software/systems.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in analysis and research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility with working hours.
