Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between IT and business by using data to evaluate processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
- Understand the role of the Technology Business Management Office across Micron IT and facilitate its integration.
- Lead business-related discussions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Manage, develop, and implement effective change plans for the successful execution of programs, processes, or Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs).
- Manage stakeholder expectations by ensuring alignment between the organization and business engagement, and prepare for change readiness.
- Assist in conducting prerequisite and change analysis to assess project risks and impacts.
- Collaborate with Micron IT leadership, process stakeholders, and subject matter experts to drive process improvements, delivery alignment, and governance.
- Multi-task effectively across multiple organizational units.
- Document and monitor processes, providing recommendations for improvement and addressing process gaps.
- Maintain productive business relationships and develop effective methodologies for stakeholder assistance.
- Foster collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
