Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and maintain data in a timely manner using technical and financial knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to resolve data-related queries.
- Develop expertise in data-related issues and gain knowledge of financial regulations and market conventions.
- Utilize tools and support systems to maintain and improve content quality during daily operations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in accordance with company standards for the assigned product or market.
- Follow change control procedures, data operation standards, and adhere to current data policies and procedures.
- Test new database or application releases and provide user feedback where applicable.
- Deliver high productivity and maintain high-quality data standards.
- Support specific projects as assigned by the manager.
- Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration, Management, Accountancy, or a related financial field.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in business communication via phone or email.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with real-time data exchange demands from clients.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and social skills.
- Willingness to work on any shift (morning, mid, or night shift).
- Ability to start immediately if required.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Must be prepared to work the night shift without rotation.
