Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in consumer finance products, including credit cards, core banking, customer management, and unsecured lending.
- Extensive experience with various VisionPlus Acquiring modules, with a deep understanding of product configuration parameters.
- Experience in managing data migration projects.
- Possess both strong technical and functional expertise in core VisionPlus modules.
- Conduct GAP analysis, impact analysis, and provide accurate estimations for projects.
- Define and document process workflows for system implementation.
- Act as a self-starter with a hands-on approach in project execution.
- Apply general organizational knowledge of business and system processes in problem analysis and resolution.
- Exhibit confidence and a deep understanding of emerging industry practices when addressing business challenges.
- Ability to professionally interact with a diverse group of executives, managers, vendors, and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with business partners and technology teams (internal and external) to define and implement interface stability and standards.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of card systems and modules to define stability metrics and recovery processes.
- Work with stakeholders and product teams to finalize solutions that meet business requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program, project management community, and other stakeholders when necessary.
