Key Responsibilities:
- Perform varied and complex tasks requiring independent judgment, including but not limited to:
- Provide first-level support for end-to-end sales processes.
- Address and resolve queries ranging from simple to complex issues.
- Participate in the testing of new applications and systems.
- Achieve and maintain GSCO Support KPIs and performance targets.
- This role requires working from the office with 24/7 shift availability.
- Take on administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Stay updated on new software releases and system enhancements.

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
