Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test control valves and associated accessories.
- Perform pre-job duties, including machine inspection and verifying tester condition according to the checklist.
- Maintain the workstation, records, and required communications.
- Record worked hours applicable to assigned manufacturing activities.
- Prepare control valves and sub-assembly parts for shipment.
- Adhere to shop floor policies regarding work shifts, lunch breaks, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and procedures.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have basic knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Capable of reporting safety, quality, and routing issues to the supervisor.
