Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize, calm, and handle irate customers effectively.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in troubleshooting base operating system issues and show eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Provide remote support by troubleshooting issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer emails, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
- Utilize available resources to research and offer solutions to customer inquiries.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints using appropriate software tools.
- Route calls and support tickets to the appropriate resources and domains for effective resolution.
- Document all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Recognize and report trends in customer calls to the management team.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new issues and their resolutions.
- Complete call logs and generate reports as required.
