Key Responsibilities:
- Define requirements management processes and design detailed business solutions and structures based on business needs, while constructively challenging business intent.
- Identify areas of impact on the target operating model and design activities to mitigate these impacts.
- Manage requirements traceability through design and delivery, utilizing financial skills to develop a high-level business case, considering investment and high-level benefits.
- Oversee change implementation activities, including business readiness assessments (avoiding multiple change clashes), implementation pilots (including approach and checklists), and actual implementation (including status reporting and issue resolution).
- Manage the change audience through the commitment curve with effective communication, training, and development.
- Support the reengineering of processes as part of broader change initiatives, providing detailed guidance on process design, considering risk, end-to-end flow, and cost.
- Assist programme management with impact assessments for change requests, including design, scope, time, budget, or effort on the programme plan, and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes, and scope adjustments.
- Support project or programme resourcing activities, allocating tasks and objectives to other analysts on the project or programme.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong knowledge of change frameworks and delivery methodologies, including Agile techniques.
- Excellent understanding of group structures, processes, and objectives, with a solid awareness of the external environment, including regulatory, political, and competitive factors.
- Proficiency in process management and re-engineering, along with business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
- Expertise in change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.
- Experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activities across a mix of business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
- Familiarity with business case development and a strong understanding of how design enablers support business benefits.
- Significant experience in delivering change to various audiences and managing implementation in banking environments, such as branches, contact centers, trading floors, operations, and head offices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven judgment skills to identify and resolve problems effectively.
- Experience in managing resources with appropriate communication, delegation, and planning skills, along with the ability to motivate and lead teams using suitable management styles.
- Demonstrated ability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective, and to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
