Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and surveys to collect information on current processes and desired outcomes.
Analysis and Documentation:
- Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Create detailed process maps, use cases, and data models to support development and testing efforts.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with software developers and architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
Project Management Support:
- Assist project managers in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes in requirements.
Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate that software solutions meet business requirements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure the final product meets stakeholder expectations.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Provide regular updates on project status and facilitate effective communication among all parties.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous enhancement of software development processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Behavioral Competencies:
- Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with software development languages and technologies.
