Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of small to medium-sized teams in executing consulting projects for global clients.
- Contribute to various project aspects, including strategy, implementation, process design, and change management for specific modules.
- Collaborate with the team or work independently on assigned projects, utilizing a range of skills from Data Engineering to Data Science.
- Develop assets, methodologies, points of view, research, or white papers for use by the team and the broader community.
- Engage in a variety of projects related to Data Modeling, Data Engineering, Data Visualization, and Data Science.
- Acquire new skills that are valuable across different industry groups.
- Support the development of strategies and operating models focused on specific business units, assessing competitive responses and implementation readiness.
- Deliver presentations to known audiences or clients on the functional aspects of your domain when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of Pharma data sets, including commercial, clinical, Real World Evidence (RWE), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Hands-on experience working with data in areas such as real-world evidence, R&D clinical data, and digital marketing data.
- Experience in building and deploying Statistical Models/Machine Learning, including segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
- Expertise in handling datasets such as Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven, and Optum.
- Proficiency in programming languages like R, Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Ability to work with large datasets and effectively present findings and insights to key stakeholders, including data management using SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling models.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Spotfire is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong data-driven approach.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and consistently deliver client satisfaction.
- Strong writing skills to develop perspectives on current industry trends.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
