Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon sellers and delivery partners.
- Manage sensitive cases effectively by escalating them through the appropriate channels.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
- Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers as needed.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements.
- In addition to English, the candidate should be proficient in at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, or Marathi.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.

- Ability to work successfully both in a team environment and independently.
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.

- Ability to successfully navigate websites.
- Proficient knowledge of email applications.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
