Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards in Power BI and other reporting tools to enable key stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
- Assess and respond to on-demand reporting requests related to people data.
- Proactively contribute to reporting standards, ensuring that monthly reports are reliable, accurate, and distributed to the appropriate recipients on time each month.
- Harmonize existing dashboards and reporting to eliminate redundancy and enhance the user experience.
- Influence key stakeholders and the People Function globally to increase self-service and use dashboards to derive insights and inform decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Strong, proven knowledge and experience with Power BI are essential; familiarity with Workday Reporting and Alteryx is desirable.
- Proven track record in people business intelligence within a complex international business.
- Practical experience in reporting and BI authoring.
- Basic project and product management skills are essential.
- Customer-focused and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across different functions.
