Key Responsibilities:
- Review tickets and order IDs based on input documents provided by the client.
- Communicate effectively to take appropriate steps to resolve customer problems.
- Check the status of services on accounts using client tools.
- Demonstrate excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Act swiftly and decisively when dealing with critical situations, assessing situations, and initiating appropriate action.
- Update order details and status in both internal and client tools.
- Create daily reports and share them with the client base.
- Meet process expectations with high-quality standards and adherence to SLAs.
- Work collaboratively with the team and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Preferred Skills:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Possess good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop and analyze tickets.
- Proven ability to self-check work to ensure error-free results.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Capable of working in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment, including rotational shifts.
