- Stakeholder Management: Work with diverse individuals, adapt your communication style to meet each client’s needs, and stand firm when necessary.
- Product Expert: Acquire product expertise to guide HR teams in designing optimal employee experiences.
- Solution Design: Utilize your product knowledge to develop solution designs that help customers achieve their goals and enhance employee experiences.
- Collaborative Work Style: Work within a multifaceted global team, use remote collaboration tools, and be open to asking for and offering help.
- Project Delivery: Deliver defined scopes of work, identify risks and issues, and plan and schedule your workload.

Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/ B.Tech or MBA graduate with a minimum of 70% aggregate from a prestigious institution.
