Key Responsibilities:
- Break down analytical problems into components that can be collaboratively tackled by the team to solve the entire problem.
- Brainstorm potential models, heuristics, algorithms, and techniques with the team and Labs leadership to devise optimal and scalable solutions.
- Proactively experiment and code using a variety of technologies/languages to ensure zero-defect implementations of solutions.
- Demonstrate structured communication skills and a willingness to learn the consulting toolkit to translate analytical insights into business impacts.
- Work on new products and solutions, experimenting with data science techniques.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to analytics, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or Engineering.
- For Bachelor’s degree holders, a minimum of 2 years of work experience with demonstrated implementation skills is required.
- For Master’s degree holders, at least some internship experience and a strong Master’s thesis are needed.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent coding skills in Python and/or R and SQL are mandatory.
- Mandatory exposure to and expertise in statistical learning models.
- Good-to-have (but not necessary) skills include exposure to AWS or Azure, experience deploying Python-based solutions on cloud platforms, Airflow, Snowflake, PySpark, Git, Docker, etc.
- Ability to fit into a team-oriented structure with a collaborative, college/hostel-style way of working, comfortable reaching out to anyone for support to better enable our clients.
- Ability to deliver data-driven projects.
