Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service through calls, chats, and emails.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
- Build client and domain knowledge to deliver resolution on the first interaction.
- Adhere to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort.
- Maintain internal and client-level delivery quality on calls, chats, and email conversations.
- Follow Customer Service Attendance and Accountability policies.
- Execute issue/query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Identify, share, and support operational improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc, and BSc IT (excluding Statistics, Mathematics Honours, and Economics Honours).
- Full-time MBA, BE, and B.Tech graduates with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in computer usage with basic knowledge of MS Office.
