Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor key metrics such as revenue per unit, gross margin, provisioning liquidation, conversion, average order value, customer acquisition, and top-performing styles.
- Work with the analytics team to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and improve future performance.
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure accuracy of P&L reporting for the portfolio.
- Reconcile discounts with brand associates for funding of sale day properties.
- Monitor discounting/pricing for key brands on other portals to ensure parity and pre-empt customer switching.
- Analyze trends in inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Influence various teams and stakeholders within the organization to meet goals and project timelines.
- Set up reporting processes for operational streamlining.
- Conduct sales forecasting and trend analysis.
- Develop and innovate strong analysis and trends to shape new dimensions of pricing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities with structured thinking, analytical skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data analytics, with advanced skills in Excel and SQL as essential, and knowledge of Python with an aptitude for further learning; experience in automating Google trackers using Python is preferred.
- Show a high level of action orientation, taking ownership of projects from conceptualization to execution, aligning with Myntra’s culture of quick implementation.
- Possess strong collaboration skills, building working relationships with members from other departments and supporting analysts within the team.
