Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to sales and support organizations on the best commercial approach for specific customer deals and renewals.
- Own the full life cycle of small projects.
- Build financial models for new product unit economics and custom client-specific commercials.
- Collaborate with US and APAC Finance teams to ensure a consistent global pricing strategy across geographies.
- Help drive profitability by providing quality management information and commercial advice.
- Continuously improve pricing tools and processes, and train sales and support organizations on their use.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Maintain and develop pricing tools and product unit economics.
- Ensure business leaders make sound financial decisions and that the company’s overall financial targets are achieved.
- Evaluate customer profitability and margins through objective and data-driven analysis.
- Improve tools to enhance the business’s understanding of financial performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A Master’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience is highly desirable.
- Be a self-starter who takes ownership of issues and drives them to resolution.
- Succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth, and relatively unstructured work environment.
- Possess the ability to dig into details and analyze data from a high-level perspective.
- Have advanced Excel skills.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal/networking skills.
- Be a team player with an open and internal customer-focused approach.
