Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the functioning of the engagement tools.
- Collaborate with the EY tax teams to understand and fulfill their data requirements.
- Demonstrate good communication skills to conduct training sessions and process demos.
- Document the current processes from the EY tax teams using detailed Level 5 process maps.
- Publish weekly reports to the leadership displaying the project’s progress.
- Possess working knowledge of account reconciliations, reviewing trial balances, preparing fixed asset registers, and posting entries into accounting systems.
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of any ERP systems involved in global service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Commerce, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
Preferred skills:
- Possess effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, automation, and analytical skills.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.
- Be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, with working knowledge of Advanced MS Office, Alteryx, and Power BI.
