Key Responsibilities:
- Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers as an Amazon Customer Service Associate.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email.
- Address a wide range of topics, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
- Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide accurate and helpful information.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Must have the right to work in India.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral fluency.
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair.
- Technical requirement: minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
