Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill day-to-day operations (data maintenance) and ensure that the data captured is of high quality.
- Liaise with internal clients to determine information requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor the system to optimize performance and report all issues and problems to the manager.
- Assist the manager or senior team member with periodic updates.
- Coordinate daily internal engagement setup in SAP.
- Process vendor setup through a defined workflow.
- Deliver work with minimal errors within the agreed time frame.
- Maintain databases and perform quality checks to ensure accurate data is reflected in SAP.
- Respond to queries from the engagement support team, client-facing team members, Directors, and Partners regarding engagement, billing, timesheets, and other inquiries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for data control issues, liaising with internal clients via the Data Quality Team email and ServiceNow system to resolve issues promptly while maintaining system integrity and adherence to the Firm’s policies and procedures.
- Coordinate your own work and share knowledge to ensure that the team resolves all issues and meets all deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess any Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working with high-end ERP systems such as SAP.
- Previous exposure to Queue Management Systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively when necessary.
- Experience with high-end ERP systems, especially in SAP functional user roles within accounting and finance modules (preferred).
