Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex data sets to solve business problems using advanced analytical methods as needed.
- Regularly monitor and forecast key business metrics.
- Conduct regular planning and review key performance metrics to facilitate benefits from changes.
- Identify appropriate metrics to track progress toward business goals.
- Design, execute, and measure experiments to test business hypotheses.
- Expedite root cause analyses and insight generation for recurring use cases through automation and self-serve platforms.
- Develop compelling stories with business insights, focusing on the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to continuously improve data accuracy through feedback and scoping on instrumentation quality and completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in analytics/data science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
- Exposure to BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques, such as regression and classification.

- Creative and structured thinking to solve real-world problems.

- Comfort in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
