Key Responsibilities:
- Execute transactional services for internal customers as defined in the global product catalogue accurately and timely, following company regulations and guidelines.
- Receive customer calls, register notifications in the CRM tool, dispatch engineers, upload engineer productive hours, close notifications, and conduct NPS surveys.
- Perform assigned tasks promptly while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Follow up rigorously and ensure closure of pending queries and open topics with a sense of ownership.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of handled activities as required.
- Adhere to a robust tracking mechanism for processed transactions daily.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts and during month-end periods.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A University degree.
- Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) and/or educational background in logistics.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and Customer service skills.
